I recently made a purchase from Glamorous chicks and several things were wrong. Amongst not receiving products and being charged shipping I wasn't supposed to, I also got glitter like this one, that had a different name so I am unsure if I even got the right one. I've contacted them several times very nicely to make them aware and to ask to get my missing product, inquire about if the glitters just had a name change so I could order the correct name in the future and about the shipping refund. They have ignored me each time. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt due to holidays and possible heavy business. Nope. Nothing. I knew about them from a popular Christmas show I attend and bought twice because I liked the product, but now they have charged me for items I don't have and for shipping that was supposed to be free. Now I'm ignored and not refunded and confused. This is not how you run a business. To top it off they keep hounding me to leave reviews...so I am, on each and every product.
